Devodivas is a spiritual commerce store offering crystals, rudraksha, pratimas, puja essentials and gifting products, crafted and sourced with care from Gujarat, Nepal and Jaipur.

We describe every product honestly, including its origin, material and making. Natural stones and hand-carved pieces vary slightly in colour, texture and shape; these variations are a mark of authenticity, not defects.

Spiritual and traditional benefits mentioned on product pages reflect cultural beliefs and are shared in good faith. They are not medical, financial or professional advice.

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. An order is confirmed only after successful payment verification.

We reserve the right to cancel and fully refund an order in case of pricing errors, stock unavailability or suspected fraud.

Standard shipping takes 8 to 10 days across India. Details are in our Shipping Policy.

Crystals and crystal-derived products are not eligible for return, except for transit damage supported by a full, uncut unboxing video as described in our Return & Replacement Policy.

For generic items, approved returns carry a standard processing fee as stated by Team Devodivas.

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for the accuracy of the delivery information you provide.

All content on this site, including text, photography, illustrations and the Devodivas name and logo, belongs to Devodivas and may not be reused without written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Devodivas is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
