Shipping Policy

Each order is checked, cleansed where applicable and packed by hand. Orders are usually dispatched within 2 to 4 working days of payment confirmation.

Our standard shipping time is 8 to 10 days across India, depending on your pincode and courier movement in your region.

Remote and difficult-to-reach pincodes may take a few days longer. We appreciate your patience, as every piece travels with care.

Shipping is free across India on every order, unless a specific offer or product page states otherwise.

Once your order is dispatched, the tracking link is shared with you on your registered contact details. You can also view your confirmed orders anytime in the My Orders section after signing in.

Crystals, rudraksha and pratimas are fragile and sacred. Each piece is wrapped in protective, layered packaging so it reaches you safely.

We strongly recommend recording a full, uncut unboxing video from the sealed parcel, as it is required for any damage claim. Please see our Return & Replacement Policy for details.

Courier delays due to weather, festivals or regional restrictions are beyond our control, but our team will always help you track and resolve a stuck shipment. Write to support@devodivas.com with your order number.
